Crazy Weather!

I'm sure everyone has now heard about the crazy weather we had out here, yesterday! Rain, Wind, Thunder, Lightening, Hail, Tornadoes...Oh My!

There was thunder and lightening at one point for 45 minutes, non-stop! It was like a constant grumbling in the sky!!

We didn't know anything about the tornado until an hour after it happened since there was no way for us to see from here...too many houses around. Turns out it was only 6 miles from here!

Today we drove by where the train was knocked over by the tornado. Here are some pictures of that. Really shows how strong tornadoes are....

It's amazing how Mother Nature works...if the tornado would have been about 200 feet North it would have hit the March Air Museum, where they keep 30+ old military planes outside, and it would have crossed over the freeway onto the Riverside National Cemetery! The amount of damage was really small compared to what it could have been....
