I have a small herb garden in our planter. Lately, the hot sun has been frying my herbs, so we've been going back and forth to Lowe's a lot to exchange them. Well, Brian came up with a solution, a cover...I call it my herb garden greenhouse.
He made it out of PVC, so it's waterproof and he hung screen over it to shade my herbs...
Brian made it so the screen isn't attached so I can easily get to the herbs. It's just attach to a few pieces of redwood to give it some weight. I just fold the screen up and lay it on top.
